* Product discounts are offered in direct sales made between the shooter and company. Dealers may not offer the shooter discount, but it is possible. Please call us to ask for more information on how this would work. International dealers are not eligible for credits.

Contingency INCREASES for every T.R.U. Ball or AXCEL Product You Use!

Use more T.R.U. Ball® or AXCEL® products, WIN MORE!!! The product categories* are as follows: 1) T.R.U. Ball® Releases or AXCEL® Finger Tabs, 2) AXCEL® Sights, 3) AXCEL® Scopes, and 4) AXCEL® Stabilizers.

* Accessories in the product line do not qualify as a product eligible for contingency.

Contingency will be paid at the tournaments as outlined in the Shooter Application.

Contingency Rules:

• Your Shooter Application must be on file at the T.R.U. Ball® office BEFORE the tournament.
• You MUST wear a T.R.U. Ball® or AXCEL® logo when allowed and you must use an AXCEL® Sight, AXCEL® Scope, AXCEL® Stabilizer, AXCEL® Finger Tab, or a T.R.U. Ball® Release for the entire tournament.
• T.R.U., Inc. will not pay contingency to a class with less than 15 shooters.
• T.R.U., Inc. will pay top place in any tournament class. In NFAA, we will only top place in each class, not each flight.
• You must notify us within 60 days of winning your event. Contingency will not be paid if notification occurs after 60 days.
• You are an independent contractor and in no way an employee of Tomorrow’s Resources Unlimited, Inc. (T.R.U., Inc.), or its affiliated companies.
• You must pay all applicable taxes in your locality, state, region, country, etc.
• This program is void where prohibited.
• Winners can expect their contingency money to be mailed, and therefore, are responsible for keeping information up to date. (Please note checks are run on an approximate monthly basis.)
