The T.R.U. Ball®/AXCEL® Archery Shooting Staff is a way of life. It's for archers who are a step above the competition and deserve to be recognized for it! If you are sponsored by your local dealer or a major bowhunter company, influence people on social media, or compete in national or international events, then you deserve to be part of our shooting staff.

The Shooting Staff comes with incredible benefits and carries incredible responsibilities. Staff shooters are eligible for contingency money at major tournaments that compound for each T.R.U. Ball® or AXCEL® product they used to win! They are eligible for discounts and their dealers earn part of every order they place. The responsibilities are also very important. T.R.U. Ball®/AXCEL® Shooters hold themselves to a higher standard of professionalism, help other archers be their best, and teach the next generation what they know. They have a great time and make archery better for everyone around them!

Contingency Rules:

• Your 2024-2025 T.R.U. application must be on file at the T.R.U. Ball® office BEFORE the tournament.
• You MUST wear a T.R.U. Ball® or AXCEL® logo when allowed and you must use an AXCEL® Sight, AXCEL® Scope, AXCEL® Stabilizer, AXCEL® Finger Tab, or a T.R.U. Ball® Release for the entire tournament.
• T.R.U., Inc. will not pay contingency to a class with less than 10 shooters.
• T.R.U., Inc. will pay top place in any tournament class. In NFAA, we will only top place in each class, not each flight.
• You must notify us within 60 days of your winning event. Contingency will not be paid if notification occurs after 60 days.
• You are an independent contractor and in no way an employee of Tomorrow’s Resources Unlimited, Inc. (T.R.U., Inc.), or its affiliated companies.
• You must pay all applicable taxes in your locality, state, region, country, etc.
• This program is void where prohibited.
• Winners can expect their contingency money to be mailed, and therefore, are responsible for keeping information up to date. (Please note checks are run on an approximate monthly basis.)

Discounts on T.R.U., Inc. Products (Not Available Outside the USA)
Staff Shooters receive a T.R.U. Ball®/AXCEL® Archery Membership Card for a discount and SEND MONEY HOME to their local retailers! 

STEP 1: Buy at the T.R.U. Ball Booth at a tournament, email us at shootingstaff@truball.com, or call us at 434-929-2800! 
STEP 2: YOU immediately receive a discount off of retail cost.
STEP 3: YOUR DEALER receives a credit toward future orders!

Dealers will not offer a discount off of their in-store inventory. Shooter/Dealer credit expires after one year of issue. All orders must be prepaid & are limited to $1000.00 of product per year per shooter. This program is for the individual shooter only and is not to be used for others. If T.R.U., Inc. representatives discover that this program is being used to buy product for other people, staff membership will be revoked. T.R.U., Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel this shooter program at any time without notice.
